Official Mike’s Wine & Spirits “Blanton’s Sweepstakes” Rules

 NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. THE PURCHASE OF ANY GOODS OR SERVICE WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S CHANCE OF WINNING. MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER TO ENTER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

 Sponsor of “Blanton’s Purchase Sweepstakes” is Mike’s Wine & Spirits, 1110 Westport Road, Kansas City, MO 64111.

 Mike’s Wine & Spirits will randomly draw one winner from the pool of eligible entries throughout the promotional period to select winner by December 30, 2023. Promotional entry period ceases at 10pm on Friday, December 22, 2023. Odds of winning sweepstakes depends on the number of eligible applicants.

Winner(s) will be notified by phone or email. Winner(s) will receive:

• The right to purchase a highly allocated bottle of Blanton’s Bourbon at Mike’s Wine & Spirit’s retail price.
• In the event the first winner can not be contacted within three days of drawing (or, should the initial winner decline to purchase the bottle of Blanton’s), a second random winner will be drawn from the complete pool of eligible entries.

Alternate Form of Entry

Contestants may also enter sweepstakes by sending a 3” x 5” card with their name, address, phone number, email address (if available), and date of birth to: Blanton’s Purchase Sweepstakes, c/o Level Marketing, 6320 Brookside Plaza #301, Kansas City, MO 64113. Entry card must be postmarked no later than December 22, 2023.

Mike’s Wine & Spirits employees, their immediate families (those living in same household as employees), and Mike’s Wine & Spirits marketing agency employees may not be selected as sweepstakes winner.

Acceptance of the prize by phone or email notification grants Mike’s Wine & Spirits and its agencies the right to use the winner(s)’ images or likeness or voice via video footage and/or photographs for the purpose of use in TV, print and online advertising or promotion worldwide in perpetuity without additional approval or notification so long as permitted by law.
